Advice for Trail Runners: Experience grip, stability and soft cushioning with the Brooks Men's Caldera 7 Running Shoes. Designed to help you traverse long trails.

Underfoot Feel

The midsole contains incredibly soft, nitrogen infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning. This material offers plush comfort. Ideal for long days on the trails, especially over rocky or hard underfoot terrain.

Raised midfoot foam walls add stability to your running experience. They will help to ensure your feet sit on top of the midsole foam. When coupled with a widened base and added flex grooves on the outsole, you should experience stable landings on uneven terrain.

Interestingly, the forefoot outsole design uses biomimicry of mountain goat hooves. Helping you to successfully move forward on muddy and rocky trails.

Upper Fit

The upper has an external cage for the purposes of holding your foot securely within the upper. The fit is adaptable at the midfoot.

You should experience a great balance between breathability and durability.

Ideal Run Type

The Brooks Men's Caldera 7 Running Shoes are best for long trail runs over challenging terrain. These are substantial trail running shoes, designed to help you overcome substantial challenges.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
